Publication Ethics

Our journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and strictly follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

  • Ensure fair and unbiased evaluation of all submissions, without discrimination on the basis of gender, ethnicity, religion, or nationality.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts.
  • Make publication decisions based solely on academic merit and relevance to the journal’s scope.
  • Prevent conflicts of interest and ensure transparency in editorial practices.
  • Take appropriate action in cases of suspected misconduct (plagiarism, data falsification, etc.), following COPE procedures.
  • Submit original work and ensure proper citation of all sources.
  • Avoid plagiarism, duplicate submission, and redundant publication.
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest or financial support related to the work.
  • Obtain necessary ethical approvals (e.g., institutional review board approvals for human/animal studies).
  • Ensure authorship criteria: Only those who have significantly contributed to the work should be listed as authors.
  • Promptly notify the editor of significant errors discovered post-publication to issue corrections or retractions.
  • Provide objective, constructive, and timely peer reviews.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the review process.
  • Declare any conflicts of interest and decline to review when necessary.
  • Report suspected plagiarism or ethical concerns to the editor.
  • All submissions will be screened for plagiarism using reliable detection software.
  • Cases of plagiarism, falsified data, or ethical breaches will result in rejection, retraction, and notification of relevant institutions, following COPE flowcharts.

The journal adheres to an open access policy, ensuring free access to published content while respecting copyright and licensing laws.

Complaints related to ethical misconduct, editorial decisions, or publication procedures will be handled in accordance with COPE’s complaint resolution framework.
