WESTERN THOMSON (INDIA) LTD (CT Research Institute, Training Wing of Western Thomson India)
Quality in a business not only helps the company meet customer and industry expectations, it can keep costs down. Managing quality is crucial for small businesses. Quality products help to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty and reduce the risk and cost of replacing faulty goods. It is well known fact that organizations which focus on quality continually usually have larger market share, greater profits, and a happier workforce. In order to continually improve the quality of products and services, organizations need to focus on enhancing the knowledge and skill level of their people.
